I’m Samantha Jayasinghe, a Senior Site Reliability Engineer and systems architect with 15+ years of experience designing, scaling, and hardening complex systems. These days I work on large managed Kubernetes / OpenShift platforms — shaping their architecture for reliability, scalability, and operability, and automating the toil away.
I care most about the architecture underneath a system: how its components fit together, where it breaks under load, and how to evolve it without downtime. Lately that’s paired with AI-driven engineering — using AI agents and an Agentic Development Life Cycle (ADLC) to automate the software lifecycle across codebases, from issue triage and implementation through review and release.
🔭 Currently working on: Kubernetes / OpenShift (ROSA) fleet operations, architectural improvements, incident automation, and agent-driven SRE tooling.
🌱 Into: system design, reliability engineering, observability, automating operational workflows end to end — and road cycling when I’m away from the keyboard.
💬 Ask me about: system architecture, OpenShift, Kubernetes, on-call / incident response, and automating the development lifecycle with AI agents.
